My paintings lie at the intersection of decorative art and socially engaged art.
Through my works, I explore the beauty and fragility of the animal world. I seek to capture their presence, their uniqueness, but also their uncertain future in the face of the various threats they face.
My intention is to give a "voice" to these living beings, to awaken the viewer's awareness through a strong aesthetic, and to invite them to reflect on their well-being and preservation.
Aesthetically, my work is inspired by the elegance and visual codes of the Art Deco period. Using mixed media I enjoy subverting this refined decorative language to magnify animal forms, creating stylized compositions that combine ornamentation and engagement.
Between celebration and awareness, my work opens a sensitive space where the artistic and ethical perspectives meet.
